Just a reminder that next week are my Christmas Festive charity yoga classes


This year I am fundraising for Change Grow Live. This is a charity that supports homelessness, people who need support with drug and alcohol addiction and domestic abuse. This is memory of Steve a wonderful yogi who we sadly lost easier this year.


Please come to the classes and instead of paying for class donate to the just giving page for this chosen charity (or bring cash and I will donate on your behalf)
